GUEST SPEAKERS:
Guest Speaker 1
Washington State Republican Party (GOP) Chair
Jim Walsh was
elected in 2016 to the state House of Representatives and sworn into office on
December 8 of that year. He represents the 19th District, which includes parts
of Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Pacific, Thurston and Wahkiakum counties. Jim
is only the third Republican to represent the district since the 1940s.
Jim's
legislative priorities are creating family-wage jobs, adequately funding
schools, and protecting taxpayers, property rights and gun rights. He wants to
diversify the economies of his coastal communities and bring new opportunities
to his constituents. Jim believes an effective local school system is vital to
ensure a full economic recovery.
Jim is
committed to bipartisanship and finding common-sense solutions in the
Legislature. He serves on four House committees, including the House Civil
Rights and Judiciary Committee where he is the ranking member. Jim also serves
on the Human Services, Youth and Early Learning Committee, Rules Committee; and
Transportation Committee.
Jim graduated
cum laude from Amherst College in 1986. He formed a small publishing company in
1998 that he continues to operate today. Jim has also written columns for the
Aberdeen Daily World newspaper, coached boys' and girls' basketball teams, and
held leadership roles with local and state Republican groups.
Jim lives in
Aberdeen and has five children.

TOPIC at Forum:
American Crises – Created by Globalists &
Communists
The
Beijing-Davos-New York City, Washington, D.C. connection. Why is America
looking more and more like Communist China? Mass surveillance, Covid lockdowns,
election fraud, censorship, social credit scores, religious persecution, and
police state attacks on political opposition. Xi Jinping is the darling of the
World Economic Forum (WEF) and the United Nations. The billionaire globalists
of the WEF, Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), and the Biden administration
are working hand in hand with Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
to destroy our country and crush our Freedoms. Open borders, mass migration,
runaway inflation, climate hysteria, food control, energy control: America is
being driven into poverty and power over all aspects of our lives is being
centralized in the federal government, in violation of the United States
Constitution. We can and must stop and reverse this, to truly make America
great again.

Dr Truyet Mai will present this topic:
Toxin in Foods & Chemicals - Produced in China & Viet Nam
The sanitation
for food safety in Vietnam has been an ongoing serious problem in the past 30
years. The consumption of poisoning food has been covered on the news almost
every day. It seems like these problems have tendency to escalate and become
more intricate because of the chemical contaminants added to the foods.
Vietnam is not capable of producing such chemicals. 99% of them have been imported from China legally and illegally. There must be ways to stop and prevent the smugglers from importing these harmful and poisonous chemicals. Since China began flooding U.S. markets with illegally subsidized products in 2001, over 50,000 American factories have disappeared, more than 25 million Americans can’t find a decent job. In January 2022, Facebook posts describing a Diane Sawyer “special report” about items “made in China” circulated on social media: "If every American spent just $64 more than normal on USA made items for one year, it would create something like 200,000 new jobs.”

"The
Vietnamese communists had invaded South Vietnam with support from China, the
Soviet Union and the Eastern Bloc. On April 30, 1975, Saigon fell. Since then,
the entire Vietnam has been under communist ruling. The Vietnamese people lost
everything including all Freedoms. Those who believe what the communists
propagating about socialism, those who
believe what the Vietnamese Communist Party telling people that everyone would
have equality under their regime, now should have their eyes opened. It is too
late. Instead of gaining equality and justice, the Vietnamese people have lost
everything". (Speech: "Nowhere To Run", Friendship Day, Shadle Park Library, Spokane, Washington, Oct. 23, 2022)

SPEECH by Mr. Frank Lam
Vietnamese-American
Senior Association of Spokane (VASA)
VASA Founder
and Board of Directors member.
Interpreted by
Mary Nguyen
VASA general
secretary, event coordinator
Executive
Committee & Board of Directors' member
Dear Senior
members, Guest Speakers,
Vietnam Veterans and all Friends
1.Our Vietnamese-American
Senior Association in Spokane (VASA) was founded over 25 years ago to promote
friendship, goodwill, support, and unity. 8 years ago, we decided to open-up
activities to the general public. English is difficult, but we try hard to share
our culture and history. To speak for the voiceless people in Vietnam. To
cherish Freedom. Thanks to all our friends who have assisted us in that
mission.
Để trân trọng sự Tự Do.
2. We escaped communism
to enjoy God-given Freedom. We owe America for our good life. We owe the
honorable Vietnam Veterans. Those soldiers were tough fighters against the
communists of Vietnam--backed by China, the Soviet Union and the Eastern Block.
Thanks to Prof. Stephen Young and all the kind Americans who assisted our
people to fight, to defend, to protect and to build Vietnam during the war.
North Vietnam has suffered under communism since 1954. The South, since 1975.
Chúng tôi tị nạn cộng sản, để hưởng Tự Do mà Thượng Đế ban cho. Chúng tôi mắc nợ nước Mỹ, cho cuộc sống mình tốt đẹp. Chúng tôi nợ Veterans of Vietnam War.
3. We are blessed to
become American citizens -- to enjoy "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of
Happiness". USA is a great Nation founded by the wisdom of the Founding
Fathers. Founded on the principles of Christianity, love and brotherhood,
justice and charity.
Chúng tôi may mắn trở thành công dân Mỹ -- được hưởng “Quyền Sống, Tự Do và Mưu Cầu Hạnh Phúc”.
4. We listen and learn
everyday. President Reagan said: “If we ever forget that we are One Nation
under God, then we will be a Nation gone under”. President Trump said: “Make America Great
Again”. Thomas Jefferson said: “Each citizen should be a soldier”. William
Blackstone said “Free men have arms, slaves do not”. Here in the USA, we have
the “right to keep and bear arms”. Not in Vietnam.
Tổng thống Donald Trump nói: “Make America Great Again”.
5. The communist regime
uses arms, laws, courts, prisons, intelligence agency, justice department to
suppress the political dissidents. No freedom of speech. All media is under the
government control. I came to USA in 1975 as a political refugee, never going
back to visit Vietnam. Not once. Do you know, behind the modern buildings and
beautiful traveling sites, there is a tight network of police forces and
digital artificial intelligence to monitor everyone, every move. Vietnam is
practically ruled by China.
6. We don’t want the USA
to be that way. We are witnessing a real shift in the American culture. Here in
Washington State, marijuana is legal, is advertized everywhere. Children can
run away from parents for sex change, for abortion, legally. It is insane !
Washington is a border state, with dangerous open-border policies.
7. Vietnam-China border
is also wide open -- allowing illegal immigrants, gangsters, drugs, violent
crimes, human trafficking. For many years, the overseas Vietnamese immigrants
have fought against human trafficking in Vietnam. Women and children were
kidnapped and sold into the evil sex industry across China and other nations.
The film “The Sound of Freedom” is very truthful about children trafficking.
Bộ phim “The Sound of Freedom” thể hiện rất chân thực về nạn buôn bán trẻ em.
8. Dear Friends, I am 90
yrs old now, anytime, I could go away forever. I like to leave you 2 ancient
advices:
(1) “kiến nghĩa bất vi vô
dũng giả” 一 meaning: "if you see what is good,
but do nothing, you have no courage”.
(2) “Tri Hành Hợp Nhất”, 知
meaning: "knowledge and action should go hand in hand".
I wish everyone should
continue to do good deeds for our people, our nation.
:Kiến thức đi đôi với hành động.
Tôi xin chúc mọi người tiếp tục làm việc thiện, việc nghĩa, cho dân tộc mình, đất nước mình.
9. Thank you for
listening. God bless America. God Bless You All.
Cám ơn quý vị đã lắng
nghe. Xin Thiên Chúa phù hộ cho Hoa Kỳ.
Xin Thượng Đế ban ơn phước
cho tất cả quý vị.
